I am here to serve anyone who has a desire to discover their authentic self and develop the ability to be who they are no matter where they are. Unprocessed grief over trauma, abuse, and toxic home environments can create barriers to that self-expression. These blocks can look like symptoms of codependence, romantic relationship issues, anxiety/depression, and addictive behaviors. When you feel like it is more painful to continue living the way you are than it is to change – that’s when it’s time to schedule a session. I provide a listening ear and the tools you need at the appropriate pace for you to connect with your true self.

I specialize in codependency work, the love addiction and avoidance cycle, and spiritual direction. I deeply value finding authenticity, depth, and real beauty in every day life. My goal is to help you be in the present more often than not and be aware of opportunities around you.

My personal recovery started in 2014 and it changed my life. I see myself as a continuous work in progress and it is an honor to walk alongside others who are ready for their own self-discovery journey. It is a privilege for me to witness my clients embrace their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The best gift we can give the world is sharing our whole self.

My passion project is a non-profit called Desert Road Ministries. Its mission is to enrich the spiritual and mental health of ministry leaders and their families.
