If you tend to “lose yourself” in relationships, continuously feel dissatisfied with romantic partners, or struggle to value yourself while in a relationship – I am here to help you. On the flip side, if you frequently distance yourself from your romantic partner, have intense fears of getting “stuck” or “consumed” by a relationship, or neglect your relational side by consuming yourself with work, hobbies, religion, etc. – I am also here to help you!
I specialize in attachment wounds, the love addiction and avoidance cycle, and codependency work. I deeply value finding authenticity, depth, and connection through relationship. My goal is to help you discover your personal barriers to intimacy and overcome whatever is holding you back from real connection.
My personal recovery started in 2014 and I understand the courage it takes to look inward and work through old wounds and practice a new way of living. I am here to support you and help you meet your goals for therapy. I offer a free 15 minute consultation where you can ask any questions you may have and schedule your first session!
